I was born and raised in the United States. A few years ago I moved to France for family reasons, and that move is what turned online strategy into my full-time business.

Working with local businesses helps me stay connected with home. I grew up surrounded by small business owners and I know the challenges that come with managing an entire operation, often with limited time and resources. If I can make customer acquisition easier for you, then all the better.

Questions

What’s the catch?

There is none. I only make money by sending you good leads. The free week exists so you can confirm the quality of the leads before we get started.

What do I have to do during the free week?

Answer calls and respond to quote requests the same way you do already. You’ll know which customers came from me. Calls will begin with a short recorded message saying “lead from JT” before connecting you directly with the incoming customer. Quote requests will come from a dedicated email address.

What happens after the week is over?

We’ll talk. You know your business better than I do, so together we’ll figure out a fair monthly rate for the leads based on your own seasonal variability, how often customer inquiries result in booking a job, and your margin on a typical job. If the leads weren’t right for you or we can’t agree on a price then we go our separate ways and you owe nothing.

What if the leads aren’t good or aren’t right for me?

Just give me a call and I’ll turn them off, zero drama. When I switch the leads on, they’re on instantly. When I switch them off, they’re off, instantly. I’m not out to waste your time or create headaches for you.

What if I’m still on the fence?

You’re welcome to see my receipts before you commit. Just ask, and I’ll be happy to send you a video showing you what I see on my end. You can hear the voicemails and see the quote requests for yourself, then decide if its worth your time.

What if I pay you and then the calls slow down?

It’s more likely that the calls will increase over time, but there’s no contract. You’re free to cancel at any time (up to three days before the next month’s rebill).
